Due to the nature of handcrafted essential oil blends and personal wellness items, all sales are final on these products. For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or customized items.
If your handcrafted item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with care to resolve the issue.
Curated & Partner-Fulfilled Items (Drop-shipped Products)
Some Prana V items are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners and shipped directly from their facilities.
